Caroline joined Boyletts Law in August 2025 as Head of the Residential Property Department. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005 she has worked throughout Hertfordshire and Essex and has developed extensive expertise in all areas of residential property law.

She advises individuals and companies on a broad range of matters, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, Transfers of Equity, Right to Buy transactions, lease extensions (both statutory and voluntary), and Deeds of Easement.

Caroline also acts for several local developers, guiding them through site acquisitions for residential development and overseeing the subsequent plot sales.

Recognising that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most significant financial and emotional decisions, Caroline is known for her calm, communicative, and client-focused approach. She ensures clients are kept well-informed throughout the process — and has even been told she made moving house enjoyable, which is no small feat.
