Online make a Will form

This questionnaire is designed to be as straightforward as possible and asks you to provide information about you, your family, your possessions and what you would like to happen after you have died. Please complete as much of this questionnaire as you can but leave anything blank that you are not sure of.

What if I can’t answer every question?

You can either contact us directly or leave certain parts blank if you are unsure. Once received, a member of our team will be in touch to clarify these details with you.

What do I get?

You will receive a professionally drafted, legally binding Will from a qualified lawyer. We are also happy to store your Will for life free of charge.

How long will it take?

The questionnaire takes no more than 10 – 15 minutes to complete as long as you have a good idea of what you would like to include in your Will. Once your instructions have been confirmed we will send you a draft your Will for approval within 7 days. After your Will has been approved we will send you a final version with instructions for signing.

How much will it cost me?

In most cases a “simple” Will is sufficient which is £220 + VAT. If it looks like the Will is going to be more complicated, a member of our team will be in touch to provide you with a quote.
