Director & Head of Wills & Probate​

Our Company Director Kim Boylett founded Boyletts Law having begun her legal career in 2005 at a Hertfordshire based Legal 500 law firm.

Kim is the Head of Wills & Probate at Boyletts Law and deals with matters relating to Wills, inheritance tax advice, succession planning, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection. Kim has a wealth of experience, and with a sympathetic and detailed approach she has set the ethos of the firm to provide the highest quality advice for clients.

In 2019 Kim received the Highly Commended Private Client Lawyer of the Year Award at the CILEx National Law Awards.

We have FREE onsite parking, disabled access and in addition to meetings at the office, we are able to arrange appointments by Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or telephone. We also offer free home visits if required.
